Then he probably doesn't use more than a few Hebrew words here and there. Office Mac's Hebrew support is very partial- you can enter and display Hebrew (in most places. PowerPoint has problems displaying Hebrew), but you don't have any control on the directionality (everything is left to right) so anything more than a few Hebrew words in English text won't work.
