HI all, We are trying to set up qa for Denemo (denemo.sourceforge.net) We need to test the code, but I think we have that covered.
testing program use: we have programs to automate mouse>menu use. Denemo is however very keyboard centric. What we are looking for is a way to take keybindings and have them perform the actions and then check the results. I thought of key stroke recording, but google gave me a bunch of hardware devices. What would be the nicest is to take the denemo keybinding file and somehow use it to initiate the keystrokes. Is this possible? Is there a testing suite/enviroment that will permit all types of testing, including the keystrokes, which is FOSS?
