We are seeking senior sys admin in the system team to
be employed under a special contract, salary commensurate
with qualifications. The work is at Tel-Aviv University,
computer science dept.
Job description:
- Maintain the server, stations and parallel compute cluster (more than
150CPUs)
- Support the development teams in research labs
- Be a source of knowledge in domain of FOSS for researchers and
students
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience as sys admin
- Involvement in the Linux community
- Knowledgeable in the kernel. Expected to be able to
point on a bug
- Academic degree in exact sciences or equivalent
- Prefer someone who contributed code for a project
