Shlomo,
Gamatronic uses the 'fentonups' driver for all serial cables, as far as I 
recall. Use this in the /etc/nut/ups.conf:

[myups]
driver = fentonups
port = /dev/ttyS0
desc = "Gamatronic UPS"

Since Gamatronic changed the greeting banner, there is a slight change 
required in the code. Once you restart nut it will tell you who to contact.

I didn't invest too much time in this, since our UPS was burnt due to a power 
failure, and we switched to an Advice UPS.
