Hmmm... I also have a Google search box on my site (don't know if it's 
"AdSense for search"), and yet I don't have any validation errors. The search 
submits to a form at google.com, which no longer concerns me as to 
validation. Why can't you tweak the markup of this AdSense for search code to 
make it XHTML compliant?
