This is indeed a Mozilla limitation.
We've overcome it by creating a myspell dictionary which is a combination
of both Hspell's Hebrew dictionary, and the regular English dictionary.
If you get the Hspell source distribution, you can do "make heb-eng-xpi"
to build such a dictionary for mozilla (while the "make mozlla" target makes
the usual Hebrew-only xpi).
