I did, and it does. I use it solely for playing movies and DVDs (nothing good in TV anyhow). It also has CD/DVD ripping abilities but I never used it, so I can't tell how simple it is. It also has picture gallery display (very handy now that we have a new baby), game playing abilities (never tried it), and a "weather" channel that downloads wheather information (cool weather maps).
