Hi Amit,
My latest guess was corect: dchroot can, now, only start scripts,
but not binaries. Opera, which is started by a script gave no
problems (only I failed to try it: I kept trying xv all the
time). I wrote, in the 32-bit subsystem a small script that calls
the binary xv and everything works.
So I have now two working 64-bit systems, both in stable (mainly).
In the future I shall probably dist-upgrade one of them.
But I have to recon with a delay: This coming Sunday we move and
it will take some time until we get organized and until the
internet link will be working again.
Thanks for your help, Avraham
