Blacklisting for as long as you don't want to receive mail from him will be
both more polite than raging over the phone, fax and email, safer, easier and
much better for your heart rate. There is a thousand ways to block incoming
mail from a known address or domain, just choose yours.
I'll find one. BTW - I've just read a complaint from someone in India who's dial-up connection pays by the byte and they run out of internet connection because of these e-mails, so it would be actually might be a good net citizenship to stop him instead of caring only for myself.

That (the fact that he started some discussion about this subject on this list, and just generally lurked in the area) made me suspect that maybe some people here know him personally and might have some unpublished contact details of him.
