indeed the legal system is so out of tune with reality that corporations
use it not as a protector of their IP but as a financial tool to delay
the competition's progress or even as an exit strategy from messy
business failures. SCO uses the court to cut losses, other ran to
register "Linux" as a trademark before Linus did... those things happen
all the time, and the legal beurocracy allows this crap, lets those
schmucks abuse the system and make a mockery of the courts directly and
at constitutions and other laws indirectly.
