That's what I thought. Is there somewhere I can find out prices?

A dedicated symmetric 2M/2M cable (HOT) as the transport and QOS
(Bynet) as the ISP will cost you ~400$/month. 0.5M up / 2M down using
orange at transport will cost you ~150$/month. FYI bezeq has recently
started offering 0.5MB upload on their ADSL home grade lines, I would
take 2 of those and connect them straight into my asterisk if I were
in the need for a high abroad VoIP connection but short on the $$
side. For bonus points you can use BIND to do a round-rubin on you
voip.mycompany.com DNS A record
