I'm in TA my connection is not slow or faulty, and I use actcom. The problem is more subtle than that. I have f.ex. Opera and it works fine. The problem is a specific combination of FF 1.5.0.10 or 2.0, my firewall and ad blocks and the net. I am working on this on and off with support.
