Hi, I'm sure you can get Lantronix equipment in Israel but that would be more along the lines of an expensive 8 slot, snmp enabled, etc. Another option which you might prefer would be X10 Home automation equipment aka "smart home"(Plonter seems to sell some related stuff.)
