Are these prices in Israel? Last time I checked (a couple of years ago),
prices were twice that in Israel, when you bought your own server (i.e.
the price doesn't include the hardware).
Can you recommend a good Israeli hosting company with such prices?

There are obvious reasons why Didi (as do I) would like the server to
be in Israel. The best reason is that I'd hate to have to fly to the US
whenever the machine needs a physical modification or a reinstallation...

I have recently setup a new server with http://www.m5hosting.com/

They are responsible for everything that needs physical proxymity
I have root access and do whatever I want.

Other than having faster repsponse from a server hosted in Israel I don't see
any advantage to do it locally.

Actually as most of the stuff I host there is for international
visitors, it is better
to have it in the US.
