Hello, I suggest to make up a independent domain name for the debian mirror in Israel. The domain should be used to point directly and only to the debian mirror, so there would be no problems to point it to some other place (should the need arise).
If you can use "ftp.il.debian.org" - perfect. If not, create debian.hamakor.org.il.
