I did not say that the Linux support was bad, just that there's a longer wait (I don't know how many Linux support people they have, per shift or otherwise, but it certainly took some time until they called back, whereas for Windows the first person to answer can handle the call).
I did say that from my personal, narrow perspective it is much more efficient to recreate in Windows and avoid mentioning Linux altogether.
