You point, in a frame, to pages that have frames themselves, and that are huge to read. That makes no sense. Someone arriving at http://www.makelinux.net/alp/ will not return to your site for some time while reading.
What is missing, IMHO, is a real MSDN like site. Something that will give a spread of the man pages and header files with a search engine. Ok, not really MSDN like. It will be more useful to allow the user to limit the search to a specific subsection of the site.
