There used to be two directories of consultants on www.iglu.org.il before its demise: 1. The old one implemented as a small Perl web-application written in Perl. Its main problem was that it was impossible to edit the entries after posting, which caused them to be un-maintained. There were also other problems with it. 2. Later on, I started a consulting directory in the iglu.org.il wiki: http://web.archive.org/web/20060720074036/www.iglu.org.il/wiki/index.php/Consulting This was not very populated, but it was world-editable so prospective consultants/service providers could have filled it with more information. ---------------- At the moment, all the domains hosted at iglu.org.il are down, and while I and other people would like to see them brought back, I don't have the necessary superuser permissions to do so, and was refused to be given them. If they will be brought back, or we have a wiki at our disposal, we can set up something similar to what you described. But that's not the case at the moment.
