Amos, Unless you're building something which requires small latency (such as video/audio streaming), I strongly suggest you should look for such a thing outside of Israel.
I just took a simple server from theplanet (they are located at Texas), which costs me $89 a month: Celeron 2.4Ghz, 1GB RAM, 80GB Disk, 750GB transfer per month, Centos 5, and you can do whatever you want to do with it. Downloading speed is not bad to Israel: 200-400K per second. They have this 'sale' that you can upgrade either the RAM of your machine (I upgraded from 512MB to 1GB RAM), or double the disk capacity or the bandwidth limit for free.
