Thanks. I had Twiki in the previous workplace and didn't like it so much but will give it a try if/when it comes to that. Alfresco also sounds interesting. For Drupal I suspect it might take more time to setup than the others but will look into it. My main focus about this is mostly about GUI interface (e.g. tables) - that's what the users care about.
