as a workaround - use mkdir -p.

Hi all!
When using this makefile:
http://www.shlomifish.org/Files/files/code/backup.mak
(Mandriva Cooker, Pentium4)
I'm getting the following:
{{{{{{{{{{{{
shlomi:~/conf/Bash/backup$ make -f backup.mak osvn
# (cd /home/shlomi/Backup/svn-dumps/opensvn/svnsync-repos/ ; bash
sync-all.bash ; bash dump-all.bash)
mkdir /home/shlomi/Backup/Backup/2008/2008-09-17/disk-fs/opensvn-dump
mkdir: cannot create directory
`/home/shlomi/Backup/Backup/2008/2008-09-17/disk-fs/opensvn-dump': File

make: *** [/home/shlomi/Backup/Backup/2008/2008-09-17/disk-fs/opensvn-dump]
Error 1
shlomi:~/conf/Bash/backup$ make -f backup.mak osvn

sync-all.bash ; bash dump-all.bash)
mkdir /home/shlomi/Backup/Backup/2008/2008-09-17/disk-fs/opensvn-dump

}}}}}}}}}}}}
It also happens with a vanilla GNU make. My question is why is the directory
created times and again in the osvn target?
