I think that the law goes into effect on January 12. At least, that's what all the spam messages say. On the day, I will start collecting spam and take EVERY SPAM MESSAGE to court. Can someone recommend a lawyer? Also, I have had no luck in contacting the Israel Internet Association is regards to spam that I have recieved from .co.il domains. They never answer my mails.
