The necessity to appear in court which means taking a day off or something. A few complimentary questions: 1) Have anyone heard of successful small claims suits so far? Is it that easy, straight-forward and pretty sure to have a win? 2) Are you NOT allowed to be represented by somebody authorized by you? (YIPUI KOACH). 3) Anyone know if I can accumulate and coordinate several suits, administratively, to one court appearance? If the answer is yes, then that would make it easy for me to proceed, since 1000 NIS isn't that much when you deduct the day off cost you have in your standard day time job.
