It's not mine. A friend of mine bought it few years ago, and she had windows. now windows died and I convinced her to put linux.
the card doesn't have 3d support. I checked a week ago lspci and I choose accordingly from the mandriva setup menu. The problem is that in the mandriva menu it was only with 3d support. I believe it was something like U3 (have to check again the name). With other distribution you expect troubles? I tend to install her slax. I saw an old post in gentoo bugzila that it says vesa. the bug was resolved.
