I was wondering if anyone has any recommendation for a good customer managing solution program which has: * Web based * ticketing system (that customer can register/login and submit his problems) * hebrew support (at least in the customer's front end) * open source * if possible, supports shekels, VAT, and can create invoices Any recommendation for such an app?
