I just bought a computer at a regular neighborhood computer shop, with the following specs: 2GB RAM Gigabyte G41 Motherboard 500GB Hitachi SATA HDD I had an nVidia 8400GS w/ 512MB VRAM - so I added it at home. I use it with Compiz - without a problem - just make sure you are using the latest driver. cost me about 1400 NIS (not including the nVidia card). .:====================================================:.
