Not exactly, but I once wrote a utility called linkloop: http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/linkloop The package (last updated ~2007) contained a tool called lanscan that output a tabular info similar to what you asked. The output format I used tried to emulate the HP-UX lanscan utility, but it's very short and easy to modify.
