I just got another digest email from Hamakor, and once again it is full of question marks. This usually means that a different encoding is being used. However, my browser (and hence email client) is using Unicode (UTF 8). When I tried viewing in various encodings (Hebrew IBM 862, Hebrew Windows 1255, Hebrew ISO 8859-8 and 8859-8-1)I still just got question marks. So, what encoding is Hamakor using to send these emails? And why aren't they using anything standard?
