I am moving and need to have an internet connection where there is none for a short time, few days to a week at most.

I have a ZTE MF637 Netstick with a data plan on Orange.

I am looking for a router (preferably Linux based) that I can plug the netstick into, and have it provide wifi (and wired if possible) internet access. Basically a standard router with the WAN connection being the netstick instead of aDSL or ethernet.

It is for several computers running Windows 7, IOS devices and a Mac. There also will be linux systems attached to it, but not immediately.

The advantage of a router is that I can set it up here, as I won't be going to the new home until I leave the old one, and have someone else take it there, plug it in and sit it in a corner, hopefully ignored by everyone. :-)

I need to be able to buy it in Israel, preferably in Jerusalem.

I am aware that I could load a Linux distro on netbook or old computer and do it with hostap, but I would prefer something that requires as little work on my part. If there is a packaged system that one just installs and it works, that would be ok, but I simply don't have time to build and test a system from scratch.

My budget is fairly limited, so please don't tell me to buy an iPhone or Galaxy S2.

Thanks in advance,

Geoff.
