I am getting an explicit error message - "Express Install is not supported on this operating system. To upgrade, please visit: Flash Player Download Center." which links to Adobe flashplayer page.
There I get the following message: Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available. So there you are. Maybe VLC would load it as a site? No it does not.
