Hi, I'm searching for a workflow/BPM/CRM software for my workplace. Basically the objective is managing processes involving few numbers of people that need to confirm all sorts of operations, preferably through email or dedicated webpages. I've looked at BonitaSoft, CuteFlow, and modeling workflow in RT and Drupal, and that's the direction. I hope someone can recommend on some software, maybe someone with hands-on experience with such software.
