According to Documentation/PCI/pci-iov-howto.txt newer SR-IOV supporting
drivers should have a sriov_numvfs sysfs node under
/sys/bus/pci/devices/<DOMAIN:BUS:DEVICE.FUNCTION>/. The presence of this node
is surely and indication that the device supports SR-IOV.
