Do those static IPs include setting the PTR record to whatever you want it to be? Otherwise there is really no point since a part (though not all) of the security is "is the PTR and the claimed hostname.domain.tld the same?" Since the IP is theirs you have no control over the PTR unless they give that to you as well.
