I find the "unprofessionally" produced subtitles often contain errors,
require me to re-encode them utf-8 and often contain glory statements which
make it look like I just downloaded the movie to which some people in the
family object.
So when it is for a movie I downloaded for myself but want to let someone
who doesn't speak English enjoy I use those sites to get subs, when it's
for a movie I downloaded to prevent myself ripping a DVD I'll taks bot subs
and hebrew dub from the DVD.
