Hi, Just thought to let you know, a german company sued SCO GmbH (SCO Germany division of international SCO) and won the following injunction: if SCO GmbH will continue to tell that Linux has stolen code inside it's kernel - they will have to pay Univision a sum of 250,000 euros...
A german version of this statement available here: http://www.univention.de/index.php?face=1054383004x2122356449x2x59a103a0a0 Thats all fine and dandy, what I really don't understand is why no one suing SCO the same way in U.S.A? (There's also SCO Israel but they didn't publish anything so far) - I'm sure that many companies can realize that whenever SCO publish their lies - they make a damage to companies who sell Linux based solution - so how come no one sues?
