Hi guys! I have 2 basic problems: 1. I am using a SCSI unipack and will shortly be using a multipack with a lot of disks incorporated in them. I need to know as to how these disks are recognised on Linux.(for eg. on solaris they are recognised as c1t0d1,c1t1d1 and so on). I also need to know as to how each partition in a disk is recognised and how the controllers for the multipack is recognised. 2. Where can I find reliable statistics to determine if the cable to the Ethernet card is connected properly or not.
