This is the default path ... and I assume all other icons are
working?  This particular icon might have become corrupted.

View it in the icon browser (that pops up when you are setting a new
shortcut on the kdesktop, and asks you what icon you want).  If (and I
think it's likely) this is corrupted, just replace it with a fresh copy
from another box.
