Hi Folks,
I guess time has come for me to change my mail client :-)
I have tried VM and it really rocks, but unfortunately it only runs along with emacs19.
There of course is a way to make it run with emacs20, but there seems to be a catch
with that.
Now, I would like to use gnus with emacs as the email client ( anyone other than manoj
using here ?? )
As of now, I have customized emacs, vm and bbdb to the extreme ( thanks to Raj )and
have made my life a lot easier.
I would like to have the same sort of customization with gnus, emacs and bbdb. I am
sure that must be possible !!
Right Manoj ??? Can anybody here gimme tips as to customize gnus, emacs and bbdb as my
email client ??
Manoj, can you send me your .gnus file ??? and suggest any more customizations I can
do ??
The other query is a bit weird, but nevertheless :-)
When I get a mail from someone, the mail id of that person should be compared with the
mail ID's
available in muh address book. And if the mail ID is not present in muh address book,
then a default mail
should be sent back to that mail ID. How can I accomplish this ?? procmail ?? I would
like to
expand this thing a little bit more, but for now I would like to try this out first !!
