First: Don't Demand a solution, This problem  has been several times , look
up the archives first.

For pppd dying you could try going to /etc/ppp/options and change
the line 'auth' to 'noauth'

Try this login script
Expect    serword:
Send        ID
Expect      assword:
Send        Password
pause        1
send            ppp
pause        1
Expect       ~
