I suppose you are using procmail to move the files directly to folders
called, say, linux-india-help / linuxers etc. Press c and then enter to
see the list of folders. You'll see N against a folder if there is any new
mail in it.

Just like pine - move the cursor key and press enter :) See the top bar
of mutt for more instructions on how to use mutt. See /usr/local/doc/mutt
