Forgive me for possibly pointing out something you have already
checked. In my SuSE installation there is _no_ /mnt/cdrom directory. By
default, CDs are mounted on /cdrom like Slackware. Of course the
default /etc/fstab also shows that path.
If the directory exist pls redirect this to /dev/null. However, Rohit
once taught me the value of pointing out the obvious. ;-)
