Hi,
I suppose you are running RH6.1. In that case, add all the IP
addresses you assign to people who connect through dialup to
/etc/mail/access - e.g. for IP address A assigned to dialup, add a line
A RELAY
to /etc/mail/access. WHen you are done with all the addresses,
just cd to /etc/mail, and do a makemap -o access.db hash < access
Then restart sendmail.

PS - If you are using RH 5.x, then do the same with /etc/mail/ip_allow.
And if possible have a look at postfix - http://www.postfix.org. Its much
easier to configure and use than sendmail.
