Great! It's pretty simple.What Archan's said will fail if you've
the lilo passwd or having loadlin.
Hope you know some dumb user's passwd. Log on and
$shutdown now
will work if its setuid root and the permissions are okay.You have
to enter your _user_ passwd. It's always good to have a file
shutdown.allow ...
