Guys,

I have been on this list for some time now, and would
like to add that there have been times when I wanted
to unsubscribe. I simply can't understand why some
people ( i wont take names ) ask such stupid
questions. I don't claim to be a linux bond, but
whatever little I know has been by reading /usr/doc
and the man pages. Why can't junta atleast try to find
an answer before posting standard questions most of
which I am sure they'll find in the LINUX FAQ.

It might be okay for u guys working in companies and
having free net access but for guys like me who POP
their mail through a lousy modem connection, it really
is a pain.

I understand that for most newbies LINUX might be a
little intimidating, but beleive me the satisfaction
you'll get when u get the answer to a nagging problem
on your own by reading the docs/man pages is immense.

Also create an account on your system ( avoid working
as root ) and fiddle aroud. LInux is so great that u
possibly can't screw up.

Explore LINUX. For thats what its meant to be. Learn
on your own. For the more difficult questions, there
are a lot of linux bonds here.

I hope everybody shares my views.
