[LIH] Keeping machines in sync

Hi,

We want to develop an application, where every 15 minutes, files kept in 2
machines will have to be in sync. These 2 machines are connected to the net.
One machine may be in US and the other in India.

What utilities and tools do I have to use to take the changes from one
machine and apply it to another.

Any help is appreciated.
