[LIH] How do I log remote syslog events in to separate file

[Unix-Contractor, Wipro (CORP)]

Hi everybody

        I want to separate remote syslog events logged to a separate file (
other than messages) How can do that? 

        Is there any directive I need to put into syslog.conf file ? any
suggestions pointers are appreciated
