At Bang!inux, Mark Zugsmith of Turbo Linux demoed an install of
Japanese Turbo Linux at the LI stall. If you want/need an
out-of-the-box solution, you could get Japanese Turbo Linux. I believe
Pacific Hitech was one of the first Japanese distros.

<unconfirmed>
I understand SuSE will be introducing a Japanese Edition soon (v6.4)
</unconfirmed>

BTW, Any news on the localisation efforts going on locally? Localised
Linux would be a killer app in India.
