Uh no.Linux boxes are Linux boxes.NT boxes are NT boxes.You
send whatever packet over whatever protocol that you choose to ; thats
immaterial to the O/S.You ~can~ [ and do ] send udp packets over your
linux box [ or network ] and you ~do~ do, uucp as well, if you want
to.
Therefore, imho, a statement like "Linux can't ~do~
non-TCP/IP" is baseless.
Also, IMO, this should have been posted to LIG.
