[LIH] waiting for dial tone in linux

hi!
i have a gvc modem . it disconnects afte getting dialtone and states that
there is no dial tone.
in windows i have to turn off wait for dial tone in the modem option.. then
it works fine...
how doi solve this problem in linux 6.1
