Hi,
Are you sure your CD is connected to Secondary master ? do a dmesg
once you go into Debian install ( ALT-F2 has a shell ) and see where it has
detected your CD-ROM, then choose that.

Well, You can start of the install with the first CD, it contains the
mostly used packages et al.

In case you feel you want more packages , then you can always install
from the second CD.
